I started taking weight lifting seriously almost a decade ago once my college basketball career ended. I weighed around 170 pounds during that time and currently weigh around 205 pounds. Going through the process of gaining muscle, and learning which methods worked and which ones did not inspired me to want to help others achieve their fitness goals.
I have been personal training for over five years now. Over the years I have gained experience in one on one and semi private training while also conducting small and large group training sessions. My background in sports and weight lifting helps provide clients with a great combination of functionality, strength and conditioning training for the best results.
With patience, hard work and consistency, you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Nothing worth having comes easy so when it gets hard, always reassess and readjust. Never Quit!
